The Brief: Build a content marketing strategy and execution plan at the world's largest sports recruiting service.
The Work: We began with a nationwide consumer research project to understand our customer. That was followed by a customer journey mapping process, which led to a multi-channel content creation initiative. We started by reinventing the NCSA blog and optimizing it for both engagement and lead generation. That was followed by a rebuild of the direct marketing channel, new social media strategy, and then beginning to create shareable, compelling video content.
The Results: A revised email newsletter realized a 340% increase in engagement, and the rebuilt blog increased lead generation by three times in the first six weeks. Social media engagement and revenue generation increased 300% in the first six months.View Project Next project
